Choice of Soup or Salad
A smooth, rich, creamy soup made with shellfish and shrimp meat puree, seasoned with a blend of herbs.
Garnished with New England lobster meat.
Watercress greens, shaved radicchio hearts, fresh strawberries, candied pecans and goat cheese crumbles.
Served with a strawberry vinaigrette.
Free range statler chicken pan seared and dressed with morel mushroom demi-glace.
Served with cauliflower mashed potato puree and grilled broccolini.
Filet Mignon au Poivre
Cracked peppercorn crusted medallions of beef tenderloin topped with a zinfandel balsamic reduction glaze.
Served with herb dried tomatoes and sautéed baby bella mushroom caps.
Jumbo prawns with a light lemon sauce glaze, served over caper couscous with spiced fresh haricot vert.
Fresh bananas sautéed with butter, brown sugar and Cruzan rum. Served over vanilla bean ice cream.
Lavender Crème Brûlée
Rich lavender flavored custard topped with a layer of flamed caramelized sugar.
