Cuvee de Bubba is red colored ale that undergoes a secondary fermentation in oak barrels using only the wild micro-flora and fauna native to the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. Cultivated in barrels for more than 10 years using a solera-style blending process, our wild yeast and bacteria blend yields an ale with a bouquet of stone fruits, a complex malt profile, with a hint of tobacco and tart cherry pie finish. This cellar selection was bottled in 2017.
