Welcome to Bear Republic Brewing Company Pub & Restaurant Sonoma County Restaurant Week.
We’ve designed our three course offering to provide you an opportunity to enjoy a variety of our favorite recipes. Lunch and dinner served for $19. Reservations highly recommended.

First Course (Choose One)
House Salad
Organic spring mix, seasonal fruits, shaved fennel, radishes, and goat cheese with a white balsamic vinaigrette.


Soup of the Day or Wild Game Chili
Wild boar, venison, antelope, chorizo, bell peppers, onions, black and pinto beans, Big Bear Stout, topped with mixed cheese and red onions


Second Course (Choose One)
Sautéed Polenta
Two portions of polenta sandwiched with braised chard, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, topped off with your choice of marinara or pesto sauce. Contains Parmesan cheese.

Bier Lamb Pasta
Sautéed red cabbage, bacon, lamb sausage, Double Aught Bohemian pilsner sauce, whole grain mustard and tomatoes over fusilli pasta.

Black and Blue
BRBC’s most popular burger; dusted with Cajun spices, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, hickory-smoked bacon, creole remoulade, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.

Corned beef simmered in our Big Bear Black Stout, Swiss cheese, and chipotle sauerkraut from Sonoma Brinery, and Thousand Island dressing on sliced sourdough.


Final Touch
Dessert Sampler
 Lemon Bar, Coconut Macaroon, and mini chocolate cupcake with stout ganache.
