Donation Request

We can only donate packaged beer. We are not able to donate kegs at this time.

Please make requests four weeks ahead of your desired pick-up date.

All donations will now be picked up at Morris Distributing in Petaluma.

Once your donation has been approved and we’ve submitted to Morris, it is your responsibility to call them 24 hrs in advance to confirm your pick-up time so they have ample time to pull your order.

Morris will not load your cases. Please bring help if you are unable to lift cases.

You must be a registered 501(c)3 organization.

A temporary permit (Liquor License) must be obtained for your event if beer is to be sold. More information is available at http://www.abc.ca.gov/Permits/permits.html.

Bear Republic is unable to pour our beer at special events.
