What's the deal with the label over the printed cans?

We are labeling over pre-printed cans. We promise the beer in the can matches the label on the outside. This isn’t our first choice, but cans are in extremely short supply due to shortages brought on by an increase in at-home consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Compared to the big brewers and soda companies, our needs are a small drop in the bucket and we are being shorted on orders that have been in the pipeline for months. We have chosen to label over the cans we have on hand so that we don’t leave the shelves empty.

We hope you will continue to support our Independent, Family-owned and operated brewery as we work our way together through this unprecedented situation.

Can I buy a keg?

In addition, you can call 707-585-2722 and press 3 to check availability and request a keg.

What are your holiday closures?

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  We are only open for lunch on Independence Day, and we close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Are dogs allowed?

We welcome all non-aggressive dogs in our beer garden.

Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?

We have installed 4 dedicated ChargePoint stations, available for your use.

Do you have a full bar?

We do, serving classics and housemade specialty cocktails.  You can finally bring your non-beer loving friends along for the fun.

Do you have happy hour?

Happy Hour takes place Monday through Friday, 3-6 PM.

Do I need a reservation?

Our Lakeside Brewpub is open seating with a large open area for you to enjoy.  We do not take reservations, but if you have a group larger than 10, please call ahead so we are ready for you: 707-585-2722 and press 0.

Do you have WiFi?

Yep.  Look for the "Bear Republic Guest" wireless network from any of your devices and follow the steps to get connected.

Are you filling growlers?

Yes. Due to COVID, you will have to purchase a new growler in order for it to be filled. We are unable to re-fill old growlers at this time.

Are you filling crowlers?

Yes. Stop by and pick up a crowler filled with one of our delicious ales.

Are you kid friendly?

Tiny humans welcome.  Come see our selective kids menu, games, and kids play area while you enjoy some burgers and brew.  (Update: Games and play area currently unavailable due to COVID)

Do you have any adult games?

We apologize, but our typical lineup of fan favorites like giant jenga, cornhole, and too many boardgames to count, is currently unavailable due to COVID.
